Daniel Rodriguez is a seasoned security professional whose career spans nearly four decades of military service, law enforcement, and global security operations. His career began in 1986 when he enlisted in the United States Marine Corps, where he honed leadership and security skills over six years as a Marine Security Guard and Infantry Squad Leader. Following his military service, Daniel transitioned to law enforcement, serving with the DeKalb County Police Department in Atlanta, Georgia, from 1999 to 2006. His time as a Detective and Master Police Officer, particularly within the Major Crimes Division and Homeland Security Division, provided him with invaluable experience working alongside federal agencies like the DEA, FBI, and ICE.

 

In 2007, Daniel shifted to international protective security with Triple Canopy, Inc. as part of the U.S. Department of State’s Worldwide Protective Services contract in Iraq, where he protected U.S. Embassy personnel and managed security operations in high-stakes environments. His leadership and ability to adapt to evolving threats saw him rise to roles such as Team Leader and Complex Security Director. After years of global experience, Daniel founded Citadel Security Solutions in 2015. Citadel Security Solutions is a reflection of his decades of expertise in threat assessment, executive protection, and security team leadership, offering tailored services to ensure the safety and peace of mind of his clients.
